I am analyzing high frequency oscillations from MEG data. I want to open two time series view of the same MEG file but band-passed them with different frequency filter. In that way, I can compare spike and high frequency oscillations (80-500 Hz) simultaneously on one screen. Could you tell me the way to realize this function?
It is possible to use a custom montage to filter some signals and not others.
It would take you some initial time to create your montage, but it could make you work easier if properly done.
