Hi,
I know Brainstorm supports Neuralynx continuous .ncs files, but what about .ntt tetrode files? Are these an option, and if not, is there a workaround?
Thank you!

Hi @Chrys, .ntt
files are not supported for now.
These files closely resemble the .nse
neuralynx files.
Can you share an example .ntt
file with its paired .ncs
file?
So we can take add them into the supported files in Brainstorm.
Thank you for the confirmation.
TT2.ntt
CSC2.ncs
Here is a tetrode (.ntt) file with its accompanying .ncs file. TT2 has channels 4, 5, 6, 7 (from the original 16 of the complete microdrive, but they might be renamed to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 1, 2, 3, 4 once opened by itself) and CSC2 is the lfp signal recorded from channel 4 of TT2. Let me know if the links do not work or you have other issues with downloading the files (they were too large to upload them here).
Could you please let me know in this thread if/when Brainstorm is updated to support .ntt files?
Thanks again!
Hi @Chrys, thank you for providing the example file.
.ntt
are now supported in Brainstorm. When linking the raw data, select the one .ncs
file, all the others .ncs
, .nse
and .ntt
files will be automatically read.
