I just updated BS and in the log file appears that now BS has new connectivity graphs, however when I load connectivity measures or compute a new one, there are just the same connectivity graphs as usually,

Engineering capstone design project by Helen Lin and Yaqi Li, under the supervis… ion of Martin Cousineau and Dr. Sylvain Baillet. This project consisted in augmenting the connectivity visualization tool in order to remove OGL and Java dependencies. Connectivity graphs are now created as MATLAB objects.
The new visualization tool is developed in figure_connect_viz.m and view_connect_viz.m. The old tool is still present in figure_connect.m and view_connect.m, and graphs can currently be opened with both tools.
