Dear brainstorm community,
we are pleased to announce the first official release of a plugin to process fNIRS data with brainstorm.
It is called “nirstorm” and the code is hosted on github. The current release comprises all the tools to run the tutorial based on a finger tapping experiment, from importation of raw optical measurements to Delta[Hb] window-averaging,
It can be downloaded here. Once unpacked, under matlab, cd to the directory and run nst_install(‘copy’) under matlab. More details on the installation are provided here.
