I want to know whether there is any difference between my two conditions (within subject design), so I drag the data of each condition to Process2 and select perm t-test paired (see the picture)
There are three options for test statistics, however, I cannot find anything useful in the tutorial and forum as for which one to choose. Is there anything wrong if I choose the first(Paired Student's t-test).
If you don't really know what you're doing, you might be interested in using only the Student's t-test option.
Note that using statistical tests not really understanding what they mean just to get a p-value is not a good scientific practice. The online tutorial on the Brainstorm website is not a sufficient starting point for working with statistics. If you are not confident with what a statistical test is, I would recommend you take some extra time to read more about statistics, both in general and in the context of neuroimaging.
