It seem related to the creation (or reading) of the .mat files.
Is there any quota or limited space to write in the path
/NAS/home/lysesche?
Can you try with smaller BEM meshes?

Thanks for the answer. It seems we used a high-density mesh for the skin instead of the BEM surface. It worked well after using a smaller BEM mesh.
