I wonder whether it would be easy to order the condition folders in the data tree by their numeric values. Currently they are arranged as '1', '10', '100', '101', '102', etc.

Super! This works perfectly for the case when the data are sorted by subjects. Since you are asking about anything else: can you also make it work when the data are sorted by conditions?
