Paired t-test

Hi.

When doing a paired t-test on the PLV-Full I get the following error message:

A second problem is with the representation (map) of the computed paired t-test for the Granger:full causing the following error:

Hi Norbert,

I’m sorry, the t-tests on connectivity results are not available yet, the results you are getting a most likely wrong.
We are just in the process of supporting them for Morlet wavelet decompositions and Hilbert transforms.
I will add a more descriptive error message in the interface.

Please wait until the connectivity tools are properly tested and documented (you will see a message on the news page on the website - not before this fall or winter). For now we are still working on some theoretical aspects of those measures.
