Dear Brainstorm experts, I am doing EEG time-freq analysis and I would like to ask about the most accurate way to make the multiple comparisons. The options available after applying the Perm t-test equal are:
Correction type: Uncorrected - Bonferroni - FDR
Control over dims: Signal - Time - Frequency
The results are quite different depending of the options marked.
