Hi Francois

I want to do permutation test between time frequency files of two conditions. here in the pipeline, there is an option: exclude the zero values from computation. what does it stand for? it is checked by default.

Hi Shadi,

When selected, this option ignores the values strictly equal to zero from the computation.
This may happen if you had bad channels, or if other types of thresholds were already applied to the data.
If you don’t have any signal that is equal to zero for some reason related to you analysis pipeline, you can uncheck this option.
