Pipeline editor is invisible since last update

Hi there,

Since I updated yesterday, the pipeline editor has not been working for me. When I press ‘RUN’ to open it, the data type icons go grey as if the pipeline editor is open but it’s nowhere to be found. When I try clicking ‘RUN"‘ again I get a message in the MATLAB command window saying ‘BST> Pipeline editor is already open: closing it...’

I’m on MATLAB2025b for Apple silicon, but I tried re-installing MATLAB2023a for Intel Macs and got the same problem.

Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Adam,

This is now fixed, just re-update your Brainstorm instance. (Update > Update Brainstorm)
