I wonder if in the Brainstorm tutorial there is section about plotting coefficient of determination (r2) for EEG spectral power (condition A vs Condition B).
Something like this (it is from a paper):

No, there are no such tools in Brainstorm.
Please let me know if you are interested in contributing to the development of these measures, I would give you the pointers you need in the code to get started.
