Hello, I tried to calculate N×N AEC connectivity matrix on only selected channels, but Brainstorm always calculates it on all channels. Other connectivity metrics work ok - I can select only specific channels. I believe this is a bug.

Indeed, there was a bug in the sensor selection for this process. This has been fixed:

Please update Brainstorm and try again.
@peterd I also add marked it as a symmetrical measure, to compress the output.
Is this correct?
