I was running a prametric test: paired for my coherence connectivity maps.
However, when I run it, there was a error report said the numbers of the channels or time samples are different.
To test whether it is because the difference in the files, I put four same files to the process list, two to "Files A" and two to "Files B".
when I run the process, the same error message was still here.
I am really confused. Any help would be appreciated.
