Problem: Can't read the raw file

I recently installed the latest version Brainstorm but I can't read the raw file.
Here is the error message

How can I deal with the problem?

Hello

From what I understand, you are trying to read ANT EEProbe .cnt files with Brainstorm.
Brainstorm relies on an EEGLAB plugin for reading these files, that it itself based on a compiled library distributed by ANT. We cannot debug this ourselves.

Are you sure you selected the correct file format when importing your file in the Brainstorm database?
Do you observe the same error for all your files? Do you get it only for specific parts of the file?

If this error is reproducible, please:

  1. Prepare a small .cnt file example with which we can reproduce this error
  2. Upload it somewhere (eg. dropbox, google drive…) and post the link here
  3. Send an email to the ANT support to ask for help: info@ant-software.nl (please cc me)

Thanks for your reminding.
I made a mistake from the beginning that I chose the wrong data format to import the raw file.
Now it works to read the raw .cnt file.
