Problem duing load MRI and CT

Hi Team,

While performing co-registration of intracranial electrodes, I loaded the T1 MRI data first, followed by the post-CT.

However, I noticed that the CT scan appears misaligned—it’s shifted away from the center and doesn’t align correctly with the MRI data. Could you advise on how to resolve this issue?

Plus, I chose Yes-Yes-SPM-No for the questions I met during loading CT. And then, chose Reslice / world coordinates (.nii).
Hope it could help in advising my problem.

Please use the method CT2MRI to register the CT to the reference MRI.
