Problem when performing permutation test in Paired time frequency data

Hello friends,

I have been encountering a problem when i want to perform a paired permutation test on time frequency data. I have two conditions, both i have process with morlet wavelet and then ersd normalized. When i want to perform the permutation test it shows the error message that you can find attached. Also you can find the specifications of the parametric test attached.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi Joan Paul,

We added a MacOS version of this bst_meanvar mex-file last week.
Can you update brainstorm and try again?

If it still doesn’t work can you please do the following:

  1. Make sure the file “brainstorm3/toolbox/math/bst_meanvar.mexmaci64” exists
  2. Copy-paste the output of the command “ver” when you type in your Matlab command window
