I'm working on evoked potentials in the lower limbs, and when I do source localization, the software doesn't take in coumpt paradoxal lateralisation. Indeed, the cells are in the longitudinal controlateral fissure to the stimulation and we record their signal on the ipsilateral hemisphere (usually C1).
The software should take this into account for source localization
Hello,
I’m not sure what you mean by “the software should take this into account”.
If you want more details on how the minimum norm solution works, please have a look at the reference documentation indicated on the “Publication” page on the website.
Your source map look a bit messy. What is it representing? Is this a difference?
If this is a difference of averages (deviant vs. standard), you should run some statistical test instead.
Cheers,
Francois
