I want to reload my old protocol but showed the following message. Could anybody help me with that?

In your Matlab command window, type "brainstorm update". If you get the same error, delete the existing brainstorm3 folder and download a new one from the website.
This would fix this specific error, but you might run into other problems later...
How old this protocol?
I did update just a few minutes ago still the same problem. This protocol made 20 days ago. If I delete the previous brainstorm3 then I might lose my protocol that having my many days work. Could you please how can I fix it without losing anything.
You can't have the same error exactly after the fix I posted. Start by updating Brainstorm and post the new error message if you get any.
If you followed correctly the installation instruction should not have ANY data in the brainstorm3 folder.
The database should be in a separate brainstorm_db folder, and all your user preferences are in your user folder (folder .brainstorm). Deleting the brainstorm3 folder should not delete anything.
If this does not fix your problems, you can try resetting your brainstorm environment.
Type "brainstorm reset" from your Matlab command window.
If you are afraid that any of your data gets lots: make a copy of your brainstorm_db folder somewhere else.
I remind you that like for any other work, you should set up a regular backup on your computer (daily, weekly, depending on how much work you allow yourself to lose).
