Questions about the statistical analysis within single subject

Hello,

I’m concerning about doing test against baseline using one patient’s data.

I only have one experimental condition and 3 runs of tasks, and I want to compare the activities during stimulation period with the those during blank (baseline).

I’ve calculated the sources (constrained) of all trails in 3 runs. Can I drag those trials in 3 runs into the process 1, and run “test against baseline” without any further process like normalization or smoothing?

Sounds right, just ensure that the Baseline for each trial happens at the same time interval.

As this is source data from the same participant, normalization and smoothing are not needed.
