I want to define region of interest parcellation in brainstorm according to this figure about to 31 regions of interest (ROIs) in 6 cortical networks were defined in Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) space and than create the corresponding binary maps. How can I do that?

You can define those regions by hand as Brainstorm Scouts. You can also contact the authors and if they used Brainstorm, they may be able to share the Scouts in a file you could load in your own Brainstorm environment.
