I initiated ICA decomposition and selected the option for sorting the components wrt VEOG, HEOG. I missed sorting them wrt ECG. Is there a way on how I can sort them wrt ECG also without reinitiating the ICA decomposition again since it is ttime consuming?
The sorting cannot be done once the ICs are computed.
However, ICs which are related to heart related artifacts can be identified easily.
Just plot the ECG signal and the ICs time series
