Restore deleted a surface (in default anatomy)

I was editing a scout and accidentally deleted a surface, how can I get it back?

From the screenshot it seems you are using the Default anatomy.
You can restored as follows:

  1. Go to the Anatomy view of the database
  2. Right-clicking on the Default anatomy subject
  3. Select Use template > MNI > ICBM152
