Hello,
I have produced results for several cases, each time I want to put in ImageGridAmp, then visualize the cortex, I want to viuslise the left cortec like that:
so as you see I put the backgroung coler to white and I turn the cortex to specific direction,
but this is manually, doing this to more than 200 images will take lot of time, any suggestion for automatic script?
