I updated to the latest version of Brainstorm today, and am having trouble with the the scale bar for my t-maps. In the past, the scale I have chose displays t-values from -4 to 4. Now, either “invalid scale” or a small sigma show underneath the scale, and I can’t get the scale to make sense in terms of what it should be for my t-maps (only positive values will display). Thanks.
The “sigma” instead of the the “t” under the colorbar is a minor bug, I will fix that soon.
The t-tests (computation + display) have been largely improved recently:
more options to control what is actually tested, when working with sources
a new tab to modify on the fly the threshold and the correction for multiple comparisons
the addition of a t-test between a pre- a post- stimulus time windows
two types of colormaps (stat1, stat2) to display the results
What test are you running exactly, on what type of data?
If you are testing sources: you should check the averaging options, because the default values would probably give you results that are very different from your previous Brainstorm version.
The fact that only the positive values are visible is due to the configuration of the colormap. Right-click on the figure and uncheck “absolute values” in the colormap menu.
Please, have a closer look at it, and let me know if you still think that there is something wrong with this last Brainstorm update.
