I just checked the time sampling rate of the baseline and found that they are different. Could this be the reason?
make sure indeed that the sampling rate is identical across all files/datasets processed at once.

I switched to another computer to run baseline normalization, and it worked. It's really frustrating.
It's great to hear that it is solved. However, it should work also on the previous computer.
Was the same process applied to the same data?
Is the same version of MATLAB/Brainstorm/OS being used?
One possible explanation is that the previous computer might have had fewer memory resources to run the process.
It's very likely because the previous computer was my laptop, and it didn't have much memory resources.
