SEEG ROI analysis

Dear all,

I am currently performing SEEG analysis. After CT-MRI co-registration, I have labeled the exact brain region of each electrode. I would like to ask whether Brainstorm supports grouping and aggregating SEEG signals based on anatomical ROIs for further analysis.

You can do that with the MIA plugin for Brainstorm

Main window > Plugins > sEEG > MIA
