In what context?
Brainstorm imports it all with the menu "Import anatomy folder":

I have to study TIV and cortical thickness of patients with ICH, so I would like to get informations only for the free-ICH hemisphere and not for the whole brain.

What information exactly?
How is it that importing the entire brain in your Brainstormd database can be a problem?
Anyway, you can just follow the instructions for a single hemisphere.
