Significance of connectivity (Granger causality)

Hello. I am new to BS and not sure - is there any way to evaluate significance of BS calculations, or should I just analyze information only visually?

Interpreting Granger Causality Output

Hi Anwesha I don't know if you still need help with the analysis of the Granger connectivity data. My workflow so far when I want to analyse Granger connectivity data is as follows: export the Granger data from each subject. exporting the MNI coordinates from the centre of the scouts. statistical analysis of the Granger connectivity data with NBSDirected https://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=629
