[SOLVED] The cMEM source imaging cannot be applied for ESI

,

Hi,

I was trying to do an spike ESI on an averaged epoch with cMEM. The EEG was collected along with CTF MEG. A 3-layer BEM head model was adopted and generated by OpenMEEG plugin.

However, it was stuck at the step of “MEM options” and there was no response at clicking the OK button. The baseline was chosen from within the data, from -0.2s to -0.1s. The MATLAB command window just showed the following messages and no other error message was shown.

I tried both “No noise modeling” and a noise covariance computed from a 2-s segment resting state, but neither of them worked. Thanks.

Hello;

This is due to the recent update of Brainstorm updating how panels are displayed, to support Matlab2026b and newer. Commit 4daefc0

The reported behaviour was solved in Commit c58aa3b

Please update the brainentropy plugin; and try again.

Regards;
