I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for.
Can you please describe better what kind of data you have and what you trying to do with it in Brainstorm?

I'm sorry to reply you late. My data is TMS-EEG data, I have build source model in brainstorm. And I want to use a non-parametric bootstrap-based statistical procedure to detect significant TMS-evoked cortical activation by brainstorm.
So, can it be achieved?

All the statistical tests available in Brainstorm are described in this tutorial:

If you want to do the statistical analysis outside of Brainstorm, you can export the values you want to compare to Matlab or as .nii/.gii or text files, depending on the type of data it is.
For instance, the tutorials below illustrate how to export source results to SPM:
