Source and destination surfaces are the same

I followed the source power map pipeline introduced in https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/RestingOmega#Power_maps
And I received the errors report:Source and destination surfaces are the same.
I used the default MRI anatomy in my project, what messages I've missed when using Sources > Project on default anatomy?

from this error, it seems that your sources are already computed in the same template.

In order to protect the source to the default anatomy, you should use a different anatomy than the default

If you use the Default anatomy in your project, there is no need to project to the Default anatomy, it is already in that space, thus the error.
