Source projection Template -> Subject

Hello,

We have access to some data computed on a template fslr-5k and we would like to project it to subject space for some comparison.

We imported the template and data on the template and then projected the maps to the subject anatomy, but the results look strange:

Bottom is the template, top is the subject.

I am surprised that the activity is so far from the mid-line after the projection. Is it just a standard issue with projection or is there something we can do to improve the projection?

ok, so we found the issue. When importing the sphere for the template. It’s important to import the sphere called “sphere.reg.gii” and not “sphere.gii”
