I am using matlab for source reconstruction of EEG. At present, I have successfully obtained the leadfield matrix using brainstorm and a source activity matrix (6006*T) using matlab. Is there any way to draw the source activity matrix using brainstorm(display scalp activity)?
Since it seems you have your anatomy (MRI and surfaces) and head model in Brainstorm. The simplest way would be to estimate the full sources inside Brainstorm, and then manipulate this resulting file to use your source estimation.

Not sure if you are a beginner in Brainstorm, if you are, we recommend you start by following the introduction tutorials first (section "Get started" on the tutorial page), using the example dataset that is provided. By doing so, you will get familiar with Brainstorm features, processes, files and jargon.
