Are you able to share one of your input files and confirm the process you're trying to run so we can more effectively debug the error? I think I understand the recent change that produced it, but I'm unsure why this type of result file would not have an associated data file.
Alternately, you could indicate what steps you ran to obtain the input files here, so I can try and reproduce.

Actually, I think I have a fix. I saw those were in the group analysis "subject" and was able to reproduce.
It should get merged into the distribution soon.
