Statistics with Granger connectivity Results

Dear Brainstorm community,

I would like to see whether there is a difference in Granger connectivity between a group of subjects with two conditions. I use the Process1 and Process2 tab to select Granger connectivity matrices of two conditions to perform non-parametric independent test.

However, I got errors like the image below.(The number files in process tab just for a example)

Sometimes I got errors and warings like the image show in below.

Do you have any idea how I can deal with the problem?

I think you may uncheck the "Match signals bewtween files using their names" option
