I recently installed brainstorm. Added paths and ran it. Opens and works good. Then, installed nirstorm and tried to run it with nst_install(‘copy’). Does not install and gives the following error:
Installing brainentropy–nst_fork to C:\Users\jecru.brainstorm…
Error using install_package>execute_file_operations (line 254)
C:\Users\jecru\best_fork\brainentropy does not exist. Installation aborted, consider manually cleaning target directory.
However, in my folders I have brainentropy under best_fork in the nirstorm folder. Is the issue that my nirstorm-master folder is not in the .brainstorm folder or the brainstorm3-master folder? If it is not too much trouble, could someone please help me with this installation issue. I am trying to learn how to process fNIRS data in brainstorm and cannot do this without having the nirstorm plugin. Thank you!
