Surface for animal brain

Good day!
I found on internet a cat MRI, so I was wondering if it is possible to import animal anatomy to build a surface (let say with CAT12 segmentation) to analyze animal EEG,
and if is it possible to import a semented animal brain (I found a cat brain in a .nii file)

I'm sorry, we have no experience with cat brains.
You can try, or ask directly the developers of the different segmentation tools we support (FreeSurfer, BrainSuite, BrainVISA, CAT). See their websites for contact information.
