Synchronize video with EMG signal

Hi,
I added a synchronized video to a subject folder but it is not synchronized with the signal recorded.
There is an offset of 10s between them.

I checked and they are synchronized on my EMGsoftware that I used to do the recording but not in Brainstorm.

Is there a way to solve this problem?
