T1 reslicing issue

Hello,

I am trying to create a fem head mesh from T1 subject MRI, and it looked disproportionate. I looked at the MRI voxel size and it showed the following

I tried resampling it or just change the values to equal numbers , I kept getting an error.

Please give us some more information:

  • copy-paste the full error message here
  • post a screen capture of the MRI viewer
  • post a screen capture showing all the files of the subject anatomy in the database explorer
  • right-click on the MRI > File > View file contents: copy-paste all the text here
