Dear members,
I have an EEG time series. I have extracted its sources using sLORETA (I have 24 scouts). EEG data is in microvolt units, but I do not know what is the units for sLORETA time series (please look at the picture).

Hi @emokh1986
The sLoreta is unitless. Therefore, the scout time serie is unitless as well.
Please check these previous posts:
Hi Julie:
The dSPM and sLORETA values are statistical scores akin to z-scores and F-scores; therefore they are unit-less and can be interpreted at deviation from “standard fluctuations” as defined from noise or baseline variance stats for instance. If you want to compare two such measures in two different conditions or subject groups, I suggest you run statistical tests between samples (e.g., a t-test). You can still appreciate empirically a difference between two measures is the baseline used …
Units in sLORETA Averages:
None, this is not expected, and there is not a missing step.
It was a visualization issue, the average is also unitless. This is corrected in commit df41794
Update your Brainstorm instance to have the fix.
Projection on Default Anatomy:
No, sources obtained for warped anatomies should not be projected. Check this link for more details:
