Time-frequency analysis & source analysis

Dear expert,

I have completed the time-frequency analysis using the Short-Time Fourier Transform in MATLAB and have identified a significant cluster in the time-frequency plot. Now, I would like to analyze the source of this cluster using Brainstorm. Is it possible for me to directly import the results of the time-frequency analysis I have already done into Brainstorm, without redoing the analysis, and extract the values of this cluster for source localization (the cluster appears as an irregular shape)?

You can import the results into Brainstorm, but you need to put it on the correct data format, so Brainstorm can identify it as time-frequency structure.
