Hello there Brainstorm community,
For the past week and a half, I've been having trouble logging into Brainstorm.
I used my email and password to try to log in, but every time I do this (even as the very first attempt of the day) the following error comes up.
So then I followed the instructions "skip the password; email me a login link".
Brainstorm then emailed me the login (shown below).
Following the link then directed me to the following.
Note that this is my very first attempt of the day. Therefore I do not understand how I've performed this action too many times.
Fortunately, after waiting for 4 mins, pressing "OK" directed me to Brainstorm website; there were no further hurdles.
What might be going on here? This has been happening for the past number of days.
