I computed Power spectral density from EEG-time series data using Welch method and get the result in the order of 10^-12. Could you please tell me the unit of this power? Is it pA.m or something different?

The units are: (signal units)^2/Hz
For EEG, your recordings are probably ~ 10^-6 Volts, therefore the values you get for the PSD are ~ 10^-12.
