I wanted to know how the SEEG contacts coordinates updating after changing their positions according to the two points of entry and tip in SCS and MNI ? Thank you.
Once you have set the Tip and Skull entry points, the contacts will be automatically placed according the parameters of the electrode model.
As this first approximation is rigid and only depends on the electrode model geometry, it is possible to edit the position for each individual contact. See the tutorial iEEG contact localization

Thank you so much for your response. I want to update each contacts according to different tip and skull entry. I was wondering if I could access to the code for updating each contacts and positions.
