I am hoping to find a way to analyze the concordance between subjects' volumetric MRSt-based temperature data and NODDI data (dMRI). It's been tough to find a way to integrate and statistically analyze these two modalities using anything other than a correlation. Is there a way to adapt the steps used in the BEst approach for analyzing these data with CAT12 segmentation of T1s?
Just in case more information is helpful: We processed dMRI using NODDI to create maps of the following measures: neurite density (ficvf), neurite orientation dispersion (ODI), and isometric volume fraction (fiso). Primarily interested in whether the these two types of imaging data have direct or inverse max signal in the same clusters or regions.
Brainstorm is not a software adapted for processing statistics on volumes.
If you manage to get the data you want to process under the format of textures of cortical surfaces (as generated by CAT or FreeSurfer), you would be able to import them as source maps (similarly to the cortical thickness maps for example: https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/LabelFreeSurfer#Cortical_thickness) and then use all the tools available in Brainstorm.
