Dear Brainstorm team,
thank you for the great software! I have a question regarding spike sorting. Is it possible to export the results of spike sorting in the format compatible with phy2? It would be great to use phy for evaluation and data selection in the same pipeline. Or at least is it possible to export the sorting results in the original Kilosort format?
Thanks!
Unfortunately @mpompolas, our expert in spike sorting who developed this toolbox, is not working with us anymore. I am not familiar with these tools and would not know where to start from to export data to phy2 or Kilosort.
If this is something that you think you might be able to do, you are more than welcome to contribute to the software. If you are interested, please let me know what kind of information you need (pointers to the documentation or to the code).
@Raymundo.Cassani Any suggestion?
Hi, @Francois! I would be glad to contribute, but unfortunately I'm a newbie in spike sorting, especially in Python. So when I'll be more skillful to offer some meaningful help, I let you know.
