We are analysing EEG-MRI data and so we have an MRI image that includes signal from the (sponge) sensors on the scalp surface. We are trying to warp the EEG electrodes into the correct space for an individual. When we do this in edit MRI registration (when right clicking on EEB lab channels) it is difficult to visualise the sensor locations this is because the process of segmentation, surface generation etc (simnibs) has made them difficult to see. The default labels/locations are derived from a text file from a brainproducts R-NET cap. What we want is to visualise the default electrode locations but on an image where we can see the sensors - is it possible for example to overlay an additional image onto the window display you get from MRI registration->edit?
