Hi Team,
I wanted to view two different trials' HLU time series data simultaneously; to compare the head movements of a subject in all the recordings.
How can I view?
Also, I wanted to automate saving the HLU time-series recording. However, I couldn't find it in Snapshot option. Can you help me here ?
Brainstorm will let you open only one data recording at a time.
Brainstorm only allows plotting one continuous (raw) recording at the time.
If you still want to plot simultaneously the HLU time series for two recordings, you could import them in the database, using the same duration (as in Brainstorm only multiple plots are allowed if the time axis is shared)
Oh.. I see.

Hi @Rasmita, there is a new process in Brainstorm Extract > Extract head distance. As its name indicates, it extracts the head distance time series from a CTF recording and saves it as a matrix. Once in a matrix, you can use the Snapshot process (using the Recordings time series type).
