I'm projecting the computed sources on default anatomy (cortex_306716V) after averaging by file and by time. The projection is working but I'm unable after that to display the cortical activations on cortex.
I'm putting the mathlab's error message just below.
Just note that I already did that with like 25 patients and it worked perfectly well but I can't do it anymore.

Close Matlab and restart it.
I tried several times but it didn’t change anything.
This is quite strange, I guess the update of Brainstorm is not going well.
Please make sure you don’t have multiple version of Brainstorm in your Matlab path, that you don’t have any other conflicting toolbox in your path.
You could try deleting your brainstorm3 folder, and downloading a new one from the website.
Can you display the original source maps, before projection?

After several investigations it seems that a lack of space on my server damaged some files. After downloading a new version of Brainstorm, and deleting a scout file, everything is working well.
